International Students

Whether you are considering Djagora University for your study abroad, undergraduate or graduate studies, we are excited to know that you are considering choosing Djagora University to be your home away from home. Djagora University community (staff, faculties and students) especially the office of International Programs looks forward to giving you the most amazing study abroad experience.

Djagora University programs are open to student from all over the world. This will contribute to bring a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds to our campus community.

Secondary School Requirements

To be considered for admission to Djagora University, international students must have completed secondary school with a superior average in academic subjects and have earned a certificate of completion or “Baccalauréat” which enables the student to be admitted to a university in the home country.


Djagora University requires records from all secondary schools attended, showing subjects taken and grades received as well as any national or government certificates earned.

Documents of all college or university coursework must also be sent in the original language, along with English translations.

Do not send these documents now. If you apply and are admitted to Djagora University, your admission packet will contain instructions on how to send your original records to us.


Djagora University offers 5 majors at the undergraduate level. Please note that regardless of your major, all students must complete their general studies along with community project first.

As you think about becoming a Djagora University student, it may be helpful to know the following details about our programs:

In most cases, students are required to formally apply for Djagora University on-campus and online distance learning programs. Applicants are reviewed by an admissions panel and are held to the same academic standards as on-campus students.
Online students take an active role in their education. A greater degree of flexibility also means that you’ll need to be disciplined in your approach to your studies—it will be up to you to make sure you log on to your course and meet your own deadlines, because your professor won’t be in the room to remind you to do so.

Djagora University offers a wide variety of quality services and academic programs that enrich the collegiate experience for both traditional and non-traditional students through personal, social, educational and continuing education opportunities. A number of existing student organizations with cultural mix promotes participation in events, student activities and special committees. Various student organizations stimulate university spirit, voice opinions of student body, develop leadership skills and are a great way to meet people and make lifelong friends.

The first step is to let us know you’re interested in learning more about Djagora University and our degree programs by contacting us.

  1. An enrollment representative will contact you within two business days to answer your questions about Djagora University.
    • If you want to know more about our degree programs and the enrollment process, an enrollment representative can help you. You’ll also learn about when tuition and course material fees are due.
    • If you have tuition questions that the enrollment representative cannot answer, you will be referred to a knowledgeable financial advisor.
  2. If you decide to enroll in a degree program at Djagora University, your enrollment representative can help you with the paperwork and figuring out your schedule.
  3. After you’ve enrolled, an academic advisor will be available to help you plan your courses to help you graduate on your projected date.
  4. After enrollment, your Graduation Team is complete with three representatives to help you navigate your Djagora University academic career. Your enrollment representative will be available to answer general questions about the University as long as you remain a student here. Your academic advisor will help you with coursework throughout your academic career and your financial advisor will help you plan on how to pay for your education.
